Alumni Staff are high school student volunteers (ages 16-18) who assist with behind-the-scenes tasks, such as setting up activities, assisting with technology, and providing energetic support and engagement throughout the seminar weekend.

How to apply?
Send the following to alumnistaff@alabamahoby.org by midnight October 29, 2024.
1. A resume with a cover letter
2. Your 2024 service hour log
3. A video of yourself explaining why you want to come back to serve as an alumni staff member. This video should not exceed 1 minute in length.
We will officially close the acceptance of applications at midnight on October 29, 2024.

The next round of the application process will be a zoom interview. You will be notified by November 15th if you have been selected for an interview.

Please note:
In order to participate as an alumni staff member, you are expected to complete 100 hours of service for the year. You do not have to have this completed at the time of the application, but we want to see that you are working towards this goal.
